Torture

A girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do! This meant eyebrow maintenance for me yesterday afternoon. To keep my eyebrows from looking like this, I drive myself over to the Belk Spa at the wonderful Anderson Mall once a month and put myself though a few minutes of waxing torture. I know a lot of ladies prefer to pluck away, but I just can not inflict that pain upon myself. It’s just too much to handle the plucking of one hair at a time. And, while I do not enjoy the waxing one bit, at least it’s over all at once. Every single month as I am laying back anxiously awaiting the awful pull of the wax strip I think of the following episode from Friends. It captures the pain oh so well. Enjoy!
